Replacement Policy

Replacement Requirement:

The replacement method of Mi house grants you the chance of demanding the replacements of your favorite purchased devices within 7 days after the purchasing date. We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. The procedure of replacement requires the following reasons to be proceeded.

  • If the product is unused.
  • If you have collected a false item in your parcel.
  • The item received should be unopened if it is not as ordered.
  • The false item should be in its original state and should not be damaged.
  • If a damaged and faulty item is being delivered.
  • Replacing item should be along with the proof documentation or purchasing receipt, labels and warranty card.

Requested item will not be replaced under following circumstances:

  • In case of any fault arise due to the mistreatment of the item.
  • In case of normal wear and tear of the item.
  • In case of any defects which are caused by accidents or any other natural act.
  • In case of burnt items caused by power failures or any other reasons.

Replacement Method:

  • Replacement request can only be made through email. No replacement request will be entertained through call or message because of the proper documentation.
  • Customer should wait for our email conformation. Refunds can be adjusted in your next purchase or it can be returned in the form of cash.
  • Any Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash fee incurred by Mi house while transferring the money back to the customer will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be given at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice if any of the products received is deemed wrong shipment Mi house will bear the cost of shipping the items back to you and if the product is deemed defective Mi house will only bear the cost of shipping the items back to you.
  • Exchange of items are subjected to the availability of the stock or by the exchange of items of a similar value.


  • All items can only be replaced once.
  • Mi house holds no warranty in respects of any product.
  • All decisions made by Mi house are final.
  • No repair survices are offered for products.
  • Moreover, we will try to assist you in troubleshooting your problem depending on the nature of the problem and time availability.
